What would you most like to learn how to do on a computer?

Responses:

• Everything, I am so technology challenged.
  Making documents behave as I try to edit them before forwarding them - esp. with unnecessarily enormous fonts in crazy colors and lame picture attachments or emoticons that hog space for little added value.
